Welcome Care Public Affairs Director Ari Kagan recently welcomed The Bukharian Times Editor-in-Chief Rafael Nektalov to the Welcome Care Queens office in Rego Park, where the two met with Executive Manager Olga Sadykov and staff to learn more about the agency’s work serving local families.

«I recently visited Welcome Care Queens office in Rego Park and was very impressed by their passionate work for local seniors, people with disabilities and families with autistic children,» he wrote.
Located at 95-20 63rd Road, Suite E, Rego Park, Welcome Care provides home care services and support to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families raising children with autism throughout Queens.
Sadykov, a social worker by profession, oversees the Queens office and works closely with her team to connect vulnerable residents with essential services, with a particular focus on high-quality home care. According to the agency, home health aides also praise the office for its supportive environment and respectful treatment of employees.
During the visit, Nektalov met with Sadykov and Kagan to discuss the agency’s work in the community. He commended Welcome Care for providing vital services that help many Queens residents remain safely and comfortably in their homes.
Many of Welcome Care’s clients and home health aides are readers of The Bukharian Times, reflecting the agency’s strong ties to the Bukharian Jewish community in Queens.

Kagan, who serves as Welcome Care’s Public Affairs Director, previously represented New York City’s 47th Council District as a member of the New York City Council. Born in Minsk, he has long been active in public service and community affairs.
